As President of Northern Virginia Buffalo Soldiers Motorcycle Club, I take great pleasure in welcoming you to our website. 

Our mission is to educate the public about the contributions, sacrifices and the glorious hard earned legacy of the United States Army's all Black 9th and 10th Cavalry units, during this country's westward expansion in the late 1800's.  Today we demonstrate this same commitment by contributions made to the community through sacrifice and hard work.  We believe in demonstrating positive attributes that foster unity in the motorcycling community.

Fellow Soldiers and Virginia State Residents,

We are in the process of petitioning the State of Virginia to develop a license plate which will honor the 9th & 10th Cavalry “Buffalo Soldiers”

We are soliciting your help to make this endeavor become a reality.  In order for the state to create this new plate we must obtain four hundred and fifty pre-paid applications and submit to the Virginia General Assembly.  

One application per vehicle…once the General Assembly are in Posession of the pre-paid application a vote will be taken to begin the process of creating this new plate.

The cost of this License plate is the normal fee of ten dollars….if you desire to have personalized plates the fee is twenty dollars.   When the plate is approved and created…. Your pre-paid application confirms you are entitled to this new plate and it will be sent to the address on the application.  After the approved plates have been sent out, the Virginia DMV will make this plate available for purchase doing the renewal process.

Before any of this can happen we need to submit the Four Hundred Fifty (450) pre-paid applications to get the General Assembly to approved and create this plate. 
 

If we are unable to meet the necessary requirement, your money is refundable.
