I was very hononed to even be asked to ride with the soldiers for the Veterans Day parade in Manassas. I was impressed of the fact that they allowed me and my wife to sit in on their meeting during breakfast; I was impressed of the fact that there is so much more to this club than just wearing the black and gold and looking exceptionally proud while riding. What I walked away with was the feeling that the club is comprised of men and women with conviction and dedication to the club, it's president, and the mission of the club. And let me just say that they are some very colorful characters and fun people to hang out with. After my visit with the club I reported by to my friends about the experience and they wanted to know more about upcoming events and rides, however, the website could be a little more user (none-soldier) friendlier. With much respect to the organization I found the website does not show the same attention as it's members reflect. I wish that I could see future (at least a month in advance) planned events. Thanks Storm Trooper for the invite; my wife and I would also like to say thanks to the soldiers and associate soldiers for opening their arms and inviting us in and making us feel like part of the organization and not just a guest for the day.
